These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Find Utah Photographers (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Find Utah Photographers helps people looking for photography in Utah discover photographers who may fit their preferences and, if they choose, request an introduction. We provide matching suggestions and a way to ask selected photographers about availability.

We are not a photography studio, talent agency, employer of photographers, marketplace checkout, escrow, booking calendar, or party to any photography contract. Any session, creative direction, pricing, contract, payment, cancellation, or deliverables are solely between the customer and the photographer.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service and submit introduction requests. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful personal photography inquiries.

Matches are algorithmic suggestions based on the answers you provide and the photographer profiles we currently maintain. Results are limited, ranked, and may change as our data or logic changes.

Matches are not guarantees of availability, quality, style fit, price, licensing rights, insurance coverage, or that a photographer will respond, accept your project, or book with you. Always independently evaluate any photographer before hiring them.

When you request an introduction, you ask us to share your inquiry and contact details with the photographers you selected. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you want those photographers (and our operators helping route the request) to contact you about your photography needs.

Photographers may contact you by phone, email, or other channels you provided. We do not control whether or how quickly they respond. Free use of the Service does not create an obligation for any photographer to reply or book.

Photographer profiles on Find Utah Photographers may be (a) submitted or claimed by photographers, or (b) curated by us from publicly available business information for matching purposes before any claim or partnership.

Listing is not affiliation. Inclusion of a photographer does not mean they endorse Find Utah Photographers, have agreed in advance to receive leads, have verified every profile detail, or have a commercial relationship with us. Unclaimed or curated listings may be incomplete, outdated, or approximate (including pricing and style attributes).

Profile images may include photographer-provided media, publicly linked images, or placeholders. Do not assume image rights beyond viewing the listing on our Service.

Photographers may request corrections, claim a profile, opt out of outreach, or ask us to remove or deactivate a listing by emailing [email protected]. We will honor good-faith removal and opt-out requests as soon as practical.

If you are a photographer, you agree not to misuse customer information shared through an introduction (for example, selling it or using it for unrelated spam). Use it only to evaluate and respond to that photography inquiry.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harassing inquiries.
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-export photographer listings or lead data.
• Attempt to access admin areas, other users’ data, or our systems without permission.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
• Use the Service to spam photographers or customers.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Find Utah Photographers that does not exist.

The Service’s branding, design, text, matching explanations, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Photographers retain rights in their own names, marks, and portfolio content. You may not copy or reuse our materials except as needed to use the Service, or with prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that matches are complete or error-free, that photographers will be available or suitable, or that introductions will result in a booking. You use matching suggestions and photographer information at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Find Utah Photographers AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY INTERACTION WITH A PHOTOGRAPHER.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Utah Photographers and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or disputes between you and a photographer (or between a photographer and a customer) related to a session or introduction facilitated through the Service.

We may suspend or stop offering the Service, remove listings, or refuse introduction requests at any time, including if we believe these Terms have been violated or if a photographer has opted out. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally will be the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
